  Service Quality going down For over 25+years I have been using this Publix Store as my shopping place. However, over the last 2 years, I have seen a serious decline in the service from the people at this store, and unequal attention to some customers. It is very common that when I am in line, the cashiers most likely will speak to the customers if they are White or African-Americans, and they are engaged in a pleasant customer-provider conversation. However, when it is my turn, there is not even eye contact or whatsoever. At the beginning I worried but now I don't. I have talked to other Hispanics and they agree with me. Publix, a large part of your custumers are Hispanics who deserve equal treatment.
